1. Who can use this service?
Our clients generally consist of senior citizens who need a little extra assistance getting to and completing medical visits, personal errands, and social outings. However, we will not turn down the opportunity to help anyone who has special mobility needs.
2. What are your rates?
Our rates depend on the level of service required by the client. Our Companion Ride Service is charged hourly and our Personal Attendant Ride service is charged based on kilometers traveled. Please call or e-mail us for a quote.
3. How do I schedule a ride?
To book a ride, call us at 905-327-4229 or e-mail at email@example.com.
4. Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
We currently do not have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
5. How much notice do I have to give to book this service?
The more notice we can be provided with the better. We ask for at least 48 hours but will accommodate last minute bookings based on availability.
6. What do I do to cancel a ride?
If you need to cancel a ride please notify us as soon as possible. As we have a vehicle and driver reserved specifically for you, if appropriate notice is not given, a cancellation charge may be incurred.
7. Can I meet my driver beforehand?
Of course! We understand the importance of feeling comfortable with the driver giving you a ride. We generally like to meet our clients beforehand to make sure we understand their specific need for our service. If the circumstance prevents an initial meeting, we will arrive 15 mins early to introduce ourselves.
8. Can you drop me off and come back to get me?
Yes, our Personal Attendant Ride service does offer a round-trip option.
9. Are you carrying the proper insurance to drive me?
Ride Care Niagara meets all insurance requirements to operate as well as licensing mandated by the Niagara Region.

If you struggle to find a convenient, reliable, and affordable way to get around in your community then Ride Care Niagara is for you! We offer door-to-door transportation, meaning we are with you every step of the way, from your front door to where you want to go and back home safely.
