Personalized Ride Service
We will drive you from one place to another while providing door-through-door service. You will be charged at the end of the ride based on the distance traveled and time waited (if applicable). We offer rides to appointments, errands, community activities, or any other acceptable activity discussed with your Ride Care Driver. Our company vehicles can accommodate seniors with walkers and collapsible wheelchairs. This service must be booked a minimum 72 hours before needed ride and cancelled 12 hours before needed ride or may be subject to additional charges.
Companion Service
We will personally assist you in the activity of your choosing and stay with you the duration of your trip with us. Let us help you keep your independence and continue to be an active member of your community. This service is currently available in Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, St. Catharines and Thorold. To book this service, please contact us so we can create a ride care plan that is right for you!
Out-Of-Town Trips
Whether it's to a medical appointment, to the airport, or to see friends and family, we can help get you there. We offer medical appointment rides to Hamilton, Toronto and the surrounding areas. We will transport you to the airport and can also help you get to your airline gate inside the airport. We offer airport trips to John Munro Hamilton International Airport, Toronto Pearson International Airport, and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport.
Personal Shopper
If you are unable to pick up your groceries or other items, we can help! We offer pick up and delivery of groceries, medication, or any other acceptable items from your local grocer or pharmacy. Leave the shopping to us and still get exactly what you need!

Service Legality
All our company vehicles and drivers are licensed through the Niagara Region Business Licensing department and follow the Niagara Region by-law. Our vehicles are also commercially insured and properly maintained to provide our clients with a reliable and safe ride service.
